December 1st is going to be a busy, but yet fun-filled day on the Unionville square and also at the Putnam County school. The day will be packed full with winter fun activities and a wonderful vendor show at the school that morning in the high school gym. This is a great opportunity to get out of the house and enjoy a special day with your friends and family! Do not worry about not having something to do, because on this very exciting day there will be a vendor show, a light parade, living window contest, and so much more!

The vendor show will be held at the school the morning of the 1st. The advertising class will also be hosting a holiday-themed break out room later that day. So be sure to connect Danyel Fitzpatrick to sign up a group for a grand time.

If you are wanting to see some amazing winter sights, then the living window contests are just your thing. The living windows will be held from 6-7 pm inside the square buildings. The living windows are always a blast to look at and enjoy. The kids and adults participating in them work so hard on their windows and enjoy seeing everyone watching them! They would all love to see their community friends and family come see them participate in a living window, so be sure to stop by!

Lastly, but certainly not least, who doesn't love Christmas lights? Imagine standing next to your spouse, your friend, or next to just another community member enjoying the glistening lights on vehicles and trailers. The light parade is a great time to come out and see the hard work people put in to making just regular Christmas lights into a gorgeous work of art. It is truly an amazing sight to see! There will be lots more to this fun-filled winter day, so be sure to invite your family and friends to town. Mark your calendars and stop by the Unionville square on December 1st!
