'Tis the season to be jolly and giving. With Christmas in just eight days, little kids are trying to be good for Santa, parents are trying to get their kids the perfect gift, and both teachers and students are ready for Christmas Break. Everyone is getting excited for Christmas. Everywhere you look there are lights, decorations, and candy.
All the lights are up in town, making it shine at night. Everybody has their houses all bright and cheery. When you go around town or the county, you will see lights and decorations everywhere. The courthouse is all lit up and so are the streets. You don’t even need to have your headlights on.
The smell of Christmas everywhere. Parents, neighbors, and grandparents are making Christmas goodies. The sweet smell of candy, cookies, fudge, and all the wonderfulness the season brings. With Christmas music filling homes and families coming together to rejoice in the holidays. Sitting by the fire and sipping on hot chocolate when it’s too cold to do anything else.
All in all, 'tis the season to be jolly after all!
