The holidays are here and that means PIE is here! For a yummy and easy dessert to present to your family, use the “Perfect Pumpkin Pie” recipe below. You can never go wrong with pumpkin.
The Perfect Pumpkin Pie
1 (15 ounce) can of Pumpkin
1 (14 ounce) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (EAGLE BRAND)
2 Large eggs
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
½ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 (9 inch) Unbaked Pie Crust
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
Whisk together pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes.
Garnish as desired and store leftovers in refrigerator.
