The Perfect Pumpkin Pie

The holidays are here and that means PIE is here! For a yummy and easy dessert to present to your family, use the “Perfect Pumpkin Pie” recipe below. You can never go wrong with pumpkin.

The Perfect Pumpkin Pie 


  • 1 (15 ounce) can of Pumpkin 

  • 1 (14 ounce) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (EAGLE BRAND) 

  • 2 Large eggs 

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 

  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger 

  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg 

  • ½ Teaspoon Salt 

  • 1 (9 inch) Unbaked Pie Crust


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F

  2. Whisk together pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt in a medium mixing bowl until smooth. 

  3. Pour mixture into pie crust.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes 

  5. After 15 minutes reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes. 

  6. Garnish as desired and store leftovers in refrigerator.
